Milos is a volcanic Cyclades island (160 km²) shaped by ancient eruptions into a coastline of dramatic white rock formations, hidden sea caves and more than 70 beaches scattered around its shores. Unlike many Greek islands, there is no single main beach strip -- Milos rewards exploration. A car or scooter is essential to reach its scattered coves and landmarks.
