Turks & Caicos
Grace Bay Beach · Chalk Sound · Salt Cay · Coral Gardens · Grand Turk
Grace Bay is ranked among the world's top beaches for its 19 km of powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. The Coral Gardens reef at the western end is a world-class snorkel spot accessible directly from the shore with eagle rays, sea turtles and dozens of fish species. Turks and Caicos is a top honeymoon destination. Grace Bay Club, The Palms and COMO Parrot Cay on its private island offer exceptional romance — spa treatments, private beach dinners and butlers. The combination of world-class beach, calm water and barefoot luxury is hard to beat anywhere. The calm, shallow water of Grace Bay is perfect for children. Kiteboarding on Long Bay Beach, whale watching tours from Grand Turk (Jan–Apr), and exploring Little Water Cay iguana reserve make for memorable family activities beyond the beach. Grand Turk's colonial capital Cockburn Town and the National Museum offer a rare glimpse of authentic Caribbean history. Salt Cay preserves an 18th-century salt industry that is on UNESCO's tentative list. A day trip to Grand Turk from Provo is highly recommended.
