Car rental in Martinik

Martinique has no rail network and public buses (TC) cover only the main Fort-de-France routes with infrequent schedules. To reach Les Salines beach, Mont Pelee, Saint-Pierre ruins, and the scenic Route de la Trace rainforest road you need a rental car. The island is 60 km long and driving the full perimeter takes about 3 hours. All major agencies operate at FDF Airport; Martinique drives on the RIGHT (French rules apply).
