Bodegas Ribas
Local producer
Bodegas Ribas is a Mallorcan wine estate in Consell at the foot of the Serra Tramuntana, with an 18th-century heritage making it one of the island's oldest continuously operating wineries. The estate works primarily with Manto Negro, Mallorca's principal indigenous red grape, and produces wines under the DO Binissalem appellation, which covers the central plain between Palma and Inca. The Serra Tramuntana backdrop moderates vineyard temperatures, tempering the Mediterranean heat and extending the growing season.
