Cirkewwa — diving & snorkeling

Cirkewwa is a dive site on the northwest tip of Malta adjacent to the Gozo ferry terminal, offering a wide range of conditions suitable for both beginners and advanced divers. The site is entered via concrete stairs and the depth range runs from 5 to over 40 metres. Key features include two wrecks at 34 metres — the MV Cominoland and a former patrol boat — as well as underwater arches, tunnels, and a submerged statue of the Madonna. The site's location next to the ferry terminal makes it easily accessible, and the variety of underwater terrain means divers can find suitable conditions regardless of experience level.
